To be a good leader

Introduction paragraph

It is necessary to have a good leader in a team or group to lead people in good ways. Someone wants to be a good leader in their group. However, it is not easy even if someone wants to be. It is difficult to be even if someone is a good leader or has seemed beside you. In my opinion, a good leader should have wide insight, an indifferent side, and the power of leading people.

 

Body paragraph

First of all, a good leader should know all of the people in their team. Sometimes some people don't get along well. They might feel left out when they don't hang out in their group. It isn't their fault. Because of just each personality. A leader should help people who have some problems getting along well. Also, they can solve fights between people and people if the leader knows all of their personality or constantly check up on their team. I mean a good leader should constantly check up on others.

Secondly, a good leader shouldn't choose a side. I mean a good leader should listen to both sides of the fight. In my opinion, a leader is best to prevent this. Because people would say their complaints to the leader. And a leader in the best position can speak some advice. By listening to some tips from another side, people who fight will listen to their advice.

Lastly, a good leader should have the power of guiding people. Even if a leader has two things before I noticed, it won't be able to be not to have leadership. The power of guiding people is important. People can't usually know where people will go next. A good leader has to know a good way and speak louder their voice to listen to the voice. People will follow and strongly believe when a good leader shows leadership or power.

 

Conclusion paragraph

In conclusion, a leader might be everyone or in everywhere. To be, they should remember or learn three things. One thing is to know all of people in their group and constantly check up on them. Another thing is not to be only one side. Another thing is to have leadership when this is needed.
